Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable handling responsibility, including opening/closing duties.
• Basic knowledge of hardware, lawn & garden, or home improvement products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store independently, following all procedures.
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service and product guidance.
• Assist customers with purchases, product selection, and problem-solving.
• Operate POS system and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and merchandising standards.
• Stock shelves and assist with inventory management.
• Support the team in daily operations, including seasonal displays and promotions.
• Help oversee store activity in the absence of management.
