Job summary

Go! Retail Group is seeking a part-time Key Holder to open/close the store, manage cash, and support sales. You’ll greet customers, drive promotions, and keep the sales floor organized while delivering excellent service.

The role requires reliable, upbeat leadership with flexibility to work weekends and evenings, staying engaged with customers and supporting daily operations. A friendly, proactive approach is essential.

Qualifications

• One year of retail experience (or related field)
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Self-motivated with a solution-oriented mindset
• High integrity, reliability, and accountability
• Create an engaging shopping experience by staying connected to customer needs
• Knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, inventory, and loss prevention
• Basic math and comfort with a POS/checkout system
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible schedule

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer on entry and assist with sales
• Operate the POS system and process promotions accurately
• Provide excellent service using calendars.com, email marketing, and in-store orders
• Receive new shipments and maintain merchandising standards
• Open and close the store as scheduled and manage cash deposits
• Complete opening/closing checklists for each shift
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
