Schmidt is looking for a Key Holder at Kneads Bakeshop in Baltimore who will be a frontline leader responsible for supporting daily operations, opening and closing the bakery, and ensuring a positive experience for guests and employees.
Ideal candidates should have 1–2 years of experience in food service, strong communication skills, and a passion for exceptional guest service. This role also involves cash management, staff training, and upholding high standards of food safety.

The Key Holder is a frontline leader responsible for supporting daily store operations, opening and closing the restaurant, and creating and maintaining a positive guest and employee experience. This role acts as a shift supervisor, providing guidance to staff during service, maintaining operational standards, and assisting with administrative and inventory tasks as assigned. The Key Holder represents management during shifts in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager.
