As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for providing every customer with a great experience. You should maintain strong product knowledge and provide customers and team members with detailed information on product features and benefits. You will also assist with and be knowledgeable about all store operations, including opening and closing procedures, returns, store credit, special orders, and task division among Sales Associates.
