Job summary

Everything But Water in El Paseo Village, Palm Desert, seeks a Key Holder to support store management and provide exceptional customer service while upholding brand standards.

You will collaborate with associates to ensure coverage, drive sales, maintain visual presentation, and model the company selling approach.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in retail sales.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Stand/walk for 8 hours, climb a ladder, lift at least 15 pounds.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Fluent in English (read, write and speak).

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to support business needs and shift coverage.
• Consistently deliver exceptional customer service using the company’s selling model.
• Maintain brand standards for cleanliness, organization and visual presentation.
• Demonstrate understanding of sales goals and align behaviors accordingly.
