Job summary

Everything But Water in Florida is seeking a Key Holder at Periwinkle Place to partner with Store Management to deliver extraordinary customer service and maintain brand standards across cleanliness, organization, and presentation.

You will help cover shifts, support business needs, and train associates while embodying the company’s selling model and achieving sales goals.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in retail sales.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Availability must include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Effective customer engagement and strong interpersonal skills.
• Able to stand, walk 8 hours, climb a ladder, lift 10 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with shift coverage and supervision of Sales Associates.
• Deliver exceptional customer service following the company selling model and brand standards.
• Maintain brand standards for cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation.
• Understand sales goals and align behaviors to achieve them.

Position Location: Periwinkle PlaceThe Key Holder, in partnership with the Store Management team, will create a customer centric environment through extraordinary customer service.
