Job summary

Hollie Ray in Nashville is seeking a Key Holder to support daily store operations, lead the sales floor, and help ensure every customer leaves inspired. You will work closely with the Store Manager to maintain high standards in merchandising, cleanliness, and customer service.

As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction at Hollie Ray to increase loyalty and retention and to increase sales. You are also expected to complete daily tasks to maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards as well as open and close the store each day.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail experience (leadership experience is a plus!).
• Strong people skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• A flexible schedule — including weekends and holidays as needed.
