Job summary

Homebase, Inc. in Huntington Beach is seeking a part-time Key Holder to support daily store operations, open/close procedures, and deliver a strong customer experience. You’ll help lead the sales floor and contribute to sales goals while growing within the company.

The role requires prior retail experience, leadership ability, and strong communication skills. Weekend and holiday availability is expected, with 20–30+ hours per week and a compensation of $17.75–$19.00 per hour plus monthly

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience required (boutique or fashion retail preferred).
• Prior key holder or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently when needed.
• Comfortable using POS systems, iPads, and basic computer programs.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment, especially during weekends and peak seasons.

Key Holder – West of Camden (Pacific City, Huntington Beach)

West of Camden is a boutique retail store located in Pacific City in Huntington Beach, offering a curated mix of men’s, women’s, and kids apparel, accessories, and lifestyle goods.

We are currently hiring a Key Holder to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with prior retail experience who is ready to take on more responsibility, help lead the sales floor, and grow within the company.

As a Key Holder, you will work closely with management to support daily store operations, including opening and closing, while delivering a strong customer experience and contributing to sales goals.

What You’ll Do

Schedule & Availability

• Must be available on weekends and most holidays (excluding Thanksgiving and Christmas)

Pay & Perks

• $17.75 – $19.00 per hour + Monthly Commission
• Employee discount (available after 30 days)
