Job summary

Everything But Water, the leading specialty retailer of women’s swimwear and resortwear in the US, is seeking a Key Holder at the 1 Hotel Miami location. You will partner with Store Management to ensure exceptional customer service, maintain brand standards, and support sales goals with confident, knowledgeable service.

The role requires 2–4 years in retail, 1 year in a supervisory capacity, and availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in retail sales.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Availability must include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Effective customer engagement skills with strong communication.
• High level interpersonal and communication skills.
• Physical ability to stand/walk for an eight-hour shift, climb a ladder, and lift at least 15 pounds.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to support business needs and shift coverage; may supervise Sales Associates.
• Consistently deliver exceptional customer service using the company selling model.
• Maintain brand standards for cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation.
• Demonstrate understanding of sales goals and align behaviors accordingly.
