Job summary

Everything But Water, LLC is seeking a Key Holder in Huntersville, NC. You will work with store management to ensure exceptional customer service, assist with opening/closing duties, and supervise sales associates as needed.

You will reinforce brand standards, maintain clean and organized visuals, and contribute to achieving sales goals through confident, knowledgeable service and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in retail sales.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Availability must include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Effective customer engagement skills.
• High level interpersonal and communication skills.
• Physical requirements include standing and walking for an eight-hour shift; able to climb a ladder; lift 15 lbs.

• Support store manager and assistant store manager with shift coverage and supervision of sales associates.
• Consistently deliver exceptional customer service using the company selling model.

Position Location: Birkdale VillageThe Key Holder, in partnership with the Store Management team, will create a customer centric environment through extraordinary customer service.
