Everything But Water in Marco Island is seeking a Key Holder to support the Store Manager in delivering a customer-centric shopping experience and maintain brand standards in daily operations.

You will supervise Sales Associates as needed, ensure adequate coverage, and model the company's selling approach for strong results; must have 2–4 years retail experience, 1 year supervisory, and availability nights, weekends and holidays; 18+; fluent English.

• Work closely with Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to support business needs, adequate shift coverage and at times supervise Sales Associates
• Consistently deliver exceptional customer service by demonstrating the Company’s selling model in a confident and knowledgeable manner
• Maintain brand standards around cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation standards
• Demonstrate an understanding of sales goals and align behaviors accordingly

Position Location: Marco Town CenterThe Key Holder, in partnership with the Store Management team, will create a customer centric environment through extraordinary customer service.
