Job summary

Everything But Water in Greenwich, CT is seeking a Key Holder to partner with the Store Management team to deliver outstanding customer service and uphold brand standards. You will assist with shift coverage, supervise Sales Associates when needed, and help create a welcoming, organized store environment.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in retail, at least 1 year in a supervisory role, and can work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in retail sales
• 1 year of supervisory experience
• Availability must include nights, weekends, and holidays
• Effective customer engagement skills
• High level interpersonal and communication skills
• Physical requirements include standing/walking for eight hours, ability to climb a ladder, lift 10 pounds
• Must be 18 years or older
• Fluent in English (speak, read, write)

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with shift coverage and supervision as needed
• Consistently deliver exceptional customer service following the company selling model
• Maintain brand standards around cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation
• Demonstrate understanding of sales goals and align behaviors accordingly
