Job summary

Everything But Water, a leading specialty retailer of women’s swimwear and resortwear, seeks a Key Holder at NorthPark Center in Dallas. The role partners with store leadership to ensure exceptional customer service, brand standards, and operational support.

Candidate will supervise associates as needed and help drive sales goals in a fashion-forward environment. The position requires 2-4 years in retail, 1 year supervisory experience, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in retail sales
• 1 year of supervisory experience
• Availability must include nights, weekends, and holidays
• Effective customer engagement skills
• High level interpersonal and communication skills
• Physical requirements include standing/walking for an eight-hour shift, climbing a ladder, lifting 15 pounds
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to support business needs and provide shift coverage
• Occasionally supervise Sales Associates
• Maintain brand standards around cleanliness, organization and visual presentation
• Demonstrate understanding of sales goals and align behaviors accordingly
