Job summary

Everything But Water seeks a Key Holder to partner with Store Management to sustain a customer-centric environment through outstanding service. You will collaborate with associates to ensure proper shift coverage, uphold brand standards, and drive sales performance at Dadeland Mall.

The role requires 2–4 years retail experience and 1 year of supervision, with availability nights, weekends, and holidays. English fluency and a passion for fashion are essential for success in this team-oriented

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in retail sales.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Availability must include nights, weekends and holidays.
• Fluency in English (speaking, reading, writing).

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to support business needs and shift coverage.
• Occasionally supervise Sales Associates.
• Consistently deliver exceptional customer service by applying the company selling model.
• Maintain brand standards around cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation.
• Understand and align actions with sales goals.
