Job Description And Duties
Under general direction provided by a Key Data Supervisor II, the Key Data Supervisor I will plan and supervise the activities of employees who are responsible for key entering paper and electronic documents, and meeting established deadlines.
Duties Performed:

• Supervise and train Key Data Operators to key and verify paper and electronic documents.
• Input processing commands on the designated console PC.
• Prepare and maintain reports, including but not limited to: statistical reports and backlog reports.
• Maintain employee attendance records, and prepare employee evaluations and other employee-related documents.
• Gather workload information for irregularities received from other divisions.
• Monitor the daily workload and allocate work to the operators to ensure deadlines are met.
