Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Key Carrier at TJ Maxx in Cape Girardeau to support store operations, lead when needed, and ensure excellent customer service. This role requires open availability, including nights and weekends, and a demonstrated ability to coach team members.

You will work closely with management to maintain daily store procedures, assist with training, and uphold labor policies while delivering a superior shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months leadership experience.
• Able to work nights and weekends with open availability.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure.
• Ensures store team performs tasks and activities in accordance with store plan.
• Addresses immediate customer service issues and provides coaching to Associates.
• Exercises discretion regarding customer service policies to satisfy customers.
• Maintains accurate Associate coverage for a positive customer experience.
