Job summary

Pacific Seafood in Mukilteo is seeking a Key Accounts Specialist to support the Key Accounts team by building account profiles, servicing key customers, and managing projects within the book of business.

The role requires at least three years of Retail or Food Service experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel about 20% of the time, with opportunities to coordinate shipments across locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Account Management: Manage and service current customer account base; communicate price changes, promotions, programs, and policies.
• Coordinate Internal Processes: Collaborate with departments to meet customer orders; manage logistics for key accounts; coordinate shipments.
• Provide Excellent Customer Service: Offer timely assistance; address inquiries or issues promptly; identify growth opportunities for profitability.
• Project Management: Maintain relationships with internal sales; learn weekly bids systems within AS400; identify additional customer project needs.
