The Role
The Key Accounts Sales Manager oversees the strategic management and growth of Regional and National off-premise accounts within the beverage alcohol industry. This role requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of the off-premise retail environment, capable of driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and strengthening key partnerships. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong record in sales execution, account management, and complex negotiations. This role reports to the COO and is a key member of the Sales Leadership Team.

Pay and Benefits
Compensation range: $125,000-$150,000 annually, plus 20% bonus potential.
