The National Accounts Account Manager is responsible for managing, retaining, and growing a portfolio of strategic national accounts across Solera's Collision and Mechanical pillars. This role focuses on maximizing customer value, meeting retention targets, and driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing enterprise relationships.
Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned national accounts across Collision and Mechanical segments. Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including operations, IT, and management teams. Proactively monitor account health, usage, and satisfaction; execute retention strategies to meet or exceed renewal and churn goals. Coordinate account reviews and business updates, clearly communicating performance, value, and next-step opportunities.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts, including additional products, modules, and services across Solera's portfolio. Develop and execute account growth plans in alignment with national account strategies and revenue targets. Collaborate with sales leadership and subject-matter experts to structure proposals, pricing, and contract amendments. Track and report on pipeline, forecast, and progress toward growth objectives.
Develop a strong understanding of Solera's SaaS solutions, including capabilities, value propositions, and key use cases for collision and mechanical workflows. Support customers in adopting new features and best practices, ensuring they realize ongoing value from the platform. Use Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams) to build reports, presentations, and account documentation. Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of account activity, opportunities, and risks within internal systems (e.g., CRM). Partner with implementation, support, product, and marketing teams to resolve issues, launch new solutions, and drive engagement. Operate effectively in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with clear KPIs and accountability.
Support national accounts at trade shows, conventions, and industry events as needed, including on-site meetings and presentations. Represent Solera professionally, demonstrating product knowledge and industry expertise in both Collision and Mechanical pillars. Assist with planning and executing customer events, user groups, and executive meetings.
