Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Customer Associate to serve as the main liaison for major retail customers and to collaborate with cross-functional teams within the Supply Chain to deliver exceptional service. The role supports growth while maintaining alignment with customer requirements and company standards.

The ideal candidate has prior customer service experience, familiarity with SAP, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; higher degrees preferred.
• SAP experience desired and familiarity with retail customer service.
• Experience with Microsoft applications and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for key retail customers including Home Depot, Lowe's and Menards.
• Collaborate with Sales, Planning, Manufacturing, Warehousing and Transportation to ensure service excellence.
• Enter and manage orders accurately and monitor fulfillment, inventory and delivery performance.
