Join a Leading Closures Packaging Company Serving the Global Market!

We are seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Key Account Manager to drive sales across the Midwest territory for a closures manufacturer serving the spirits, wine and cosmetic sectors.

Location: This role is remote - this person must be based in the Midwest or TN.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities while deepening existing customer relationships.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of current products and services, as well as new offerings upon launch.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Sales to identify and target new customer opportunities.
  • Address customer technical issues, ensuring that service levels meet market expectations.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Gather relevant information from various sources to effectively sell products and maintain strong worldwide customer relationships.
  • Expand knowledge across all product lines.

How will you stand out:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline is preferred.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies.
  • History of building and maintaining customer relationships that lead to financial success and market share growth.
  • 10+ years of customer-facing experience
  • Experience selling into the spirits and wine customers.
  • Background in caps and closures, glass, labels or similar packaging products.
  • Open to travel across the US 50% of the time.
