This position is with our Adhesive Technologies business unit –where we empower our people to transform industries and provide our customerswith a competitive advantage through adhesives, sealants and functionalcoatings.
What you´ll do
- Drive profitable growth as the key commercial lead within a regional, cross-functional account team.
- Develop and execute the short-, mid-, and long-term Key Account strategy aligned with business and sustainability priorities.
- Build deep and broad customer relationships across engineering, procurement, operations, and executive management.
- Translate customer strategy and technology priorities into joint innovation roadmaps and a strong project pipeline.
- Drive new opportunities from early specification and qualification through customer approval, commercialization, and revenue.
- Lead annual sales planning, forecasting, and long-term growth plans, including revenue and profitability targets.
- Optimize account sales mix to accelerate growth and improve margins.
- Provide clear direction, priorities, and accountability across cross-functional and regional account teams.
- Lead regular internal Key Account reviews and present strategic plans to executive stakeholders.
- Negotiate and secure strategic commercial agreements and long-term customer partnerships.
- Advocate for account priorities in product development, innovation, supply, and investment decisions.
- Lead resolution of critical account issues, including supply disruptions, commercial challenges, and cross-regional conflicts.
- Own overall account performance, customer satisfaction, and execution of the strategic account plan.
What makes you a good fit
- 7+ years of experience in Key Account Management, business development, technical sales, or a related B2B role.
- Proven experience managing complex strategic accounts across engineering, procurement, operations, and senior management.
- Strong background in specification selling / design-in, ideally within electronics, telecom, datacom, or industrial manufacturing.
- 5 years of experience in power and industrial automation preferred.
- Experience selling engineered materials, components, or technical solutions to OEMs, EMS manufacturers, or industrial customers.
- Proven ability to drive opportunities from early technical engagement through qualification, commercialization, and scale-up.Strong value-selling, account strategy, and pipeline management capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and executive levels.
- Strategic, analytical, hands‑on, and highly accountable.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Willingness to travel approximately 40-60% based on business needs. Most of the travel will be both up and down the East Coast. There will be travel into both Canada and Mexico in addition to the domestic requirements.

The salary rangefor this role is $110,000.00 and $145,000.00. This range represents the good‑faith minimumand maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at thetime of posting.In addition to base salary, this position may be eligiblefor incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. TheCompany also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actualcompensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills,experience, education, training, and work location.
