Job summary

Amphenol Borisch Technologies in Grand Rapids, MI, is seeking a highly motivated Key Account Manager to lead customer programs from order to delivery. You will coordinate sales, engineering, purchasing and operations to ensure on-time delivery, quality and competitive cost.

You will build strong customer relationships, resolve issues, and ensure ITAR compliance while supporting program milestones. A Bachelor's degree and strong problem-solving, communication, and MS Office skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Manages customer programs from purchase order through final delivery.
• Coordinates internal and external resources for on-time delivery of projects.
• Establishes and cultivates excellent customer relationships as the primary interface with customers.
• Works with Engineering and Operations to ensure quality products meet specifications.
• Coordinates with teams to align commitments with customer needs and deadlines.
• Regularly communicates program progress, delivery dates, and metrics to customers.
• Investigates and resolves customer concerns including pricing and delivery issues.
• Maintains and monitors an Issues Register for each program.
