  • Conduct regular strategic business reviews and account plans across oncology and hospital-based accounts to support patient access, customer utilization, and product growth.
  • Lead engagement to drive product reviews, formulary inclusion, and EHR build for pathway placement of Pharmacosmos products.
Market Access, Pricing, and Contracting Expertise

  • Facilitate alignment between Market Access, Sales, Medical, and other enabling functions to ensure cohesive execution.
  • Maintain current knowledge of oncology standards of care, emerging clinical trends, and value-based care initiatives, using approved materials to communicate product and contract value.

  • Build and sustain relationships with formulary-influencing KOLs and PHDMs across pharmacy, clinical, and administrative leadership, not limited to but including participation in regional and national conferences.
Operational Excellence
  • Prioritize time and opportunities in alignment with regional and national strategies.
