About the Role

In this opportunity as Key Account Manager, you will:

  1. Develop a book of business focusing on client engagement.
  2. Cover complex deals, including proactive outbound engagement during the renewal window.
  3. Own renewals and ensure price yield achieved for designated accounts.
  4. Develop and execute plans to drive usage and retention.
  5. Support in developing and executing territory growth strategies.
  6. Prevent cancellations.
  7. Develop industry knowledge, understanding what the client does and how they use our products and solutions.
  8. Account and territory planning.
  9. Possess core knowledge across products within the subsegment, and engage additional teams where deep product expertise is required.

About You

You’re a fit for the role of Key Account Manager if your background includes:

  1. Previous 5+ years in a sales or client relationship management role.
  2. Managing and executing change, able to recognize risks to the portfolio, identify an action plan, and proactively coordinate mitigating actions with the service delivery team.
  3. Strong collaboration & interpersonal skills.
  4. Experience managing accounts in highly competitive environments.
  5. Ability to effectively communicate at the executive level.
  6. Problem-solving skills and ability to understand, articulate, structure, and solve client needs.
  7. Presentation and communication skills: ability to deliver presentations and communicate at all levels within an organization.
