About the role

Business Immigration Attorney Opportunity – U.S. Licensed (Turkish-Speaking)
Location:Remote (Must be licensed to practice law in the U.S. and a member in good standing of a state bar)
Position Type:Full-time/Contract
Experience:3+ years in Business Immigration Law
Language Requirements:Fluent English (C2) & Turkish

What you'll do

Handle a caseload ofbusiness immigration matters, including petitions, applications, and compliance work.
Advise corporate and individual clients on visa options, PERM labor certification, and investor pathways.
Draft and review legal documents (RFEs, appeals, motions, etc.) with precision.
Communicate effectively with clients (inEnglish and Turkish), USCIS, and other stakeholders.
Stay updated on U.S. immigration law changes and policy trends.

Qualifications

LLMorJuris Doctor (JD) degreefrom an accredited U.S. law school.
Active U.S. state bar membership(any state).
3+ years of direct experiencein business immigration law.
Turkish fluency(written and spoken) isrequiredto support our client base.
Strong research, writing, and case management skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
