Job Responsibilities
- Proactively manage Key Accounts (Institutional Key customers/VIP clients), as well as identify new clients and develop corporate partnerships.
- Drive business growth through partnerships and strategic agreements to increase market penetration, user acquisition, revenue, and other relevant metrics.
- Grow market position and drive profitability across the entire product portfolio, including registration, deposit, and developing new business opportunities across different channels while maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
- Create and execute localized strategies to promote the adoption of a crypto-based ecosystem.
- Increase operational efficiency within the business development organization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders across different teams and geographies.
Requirements
- Resources with experience managing Institutional Key customers/VIP clients are required.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales and client services functions within an international financial background such as banking or investments.
- Prior experience in the crypto industry is preferred.
- Client portfolio includes high-frequency trading firms, family offices, asset managers, etc.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to liaise with external stakeholders and internal teams such as legal, compliance, AML, etc.
- Proven track record of delivering growth metrics, including web traffic, leads, client conversations, and revenue.
- Proactiveness and the ability to work with minimal supervision are essential, with ownership of responsibilities and a task-oriented mindset, especially in a remote setup.
