Job description

Job Responsibilities
  1. Proactively manage Key Accounts (Institutional Key customers/VIP clients), as well as identify new clients and develop corporate partnerships.
  2. Drive business growth through partnerships and strategic agreements to increase market penetration, user acquisition, revenue, and other relevant metrics.
  3. Grow market position and drive profitability across the entire product portfolio, including registration, deposit, and developing new business opportunities across different channels while maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
  4. Create and execute localized strategies to promote the adoption of a crypto-based ecosystem.
  5. Increase operational efficiency within the business development organization.
  6. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders across different teams and geographies.
Requirements
  • Resources with experience managing Institutional Key customers/VIP clients are required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales and client services functions within an international financial background such as banking or investments.
  • Prior experience in the crypto industry is preferred.
  • Client portfolio includes high-frequency trading firms, family offices, asset managers, etc.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to liaise with external stakeholders and internal teams such as legal, compliance, AML, etc.
  • Proven track record of delivering growth metrics, including web traffic, leads, client conversations, and revenue.
  • Proactiveness and the ability to work with minimal supervision are essential, with ownership of responsibilities and a task-oriented mindset, especially in a remote setup.
