Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group seeks a dynamic Key Account Manager to drive volume, share, and profit growth in Charleston, SC and Hilton Head, SC through strong buyer relationships and robust account planning.

You will collaborate with Trade Development, field sales, retailers, and Division Managers to manage programs and promotions, with emphasis on multi-unit accounts and market intelligence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training/experience.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience.
• Proficient with MS Office and presentation software.
• Strong verbal/written communication and diplomacy skills.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently or in a team, and meet deadlines.
• Analytical and reporting abilities.
• Sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain key accounts by communicating marketing plans and developing relationships with buyers in multi-unit accounts.
• Lead annual plans for key accounts to align on brand and consumer strategies and goals.
• Educate account staff on priority brands with staff training seminars.
• Manage promotional spend by account and implement corrective actions.
• Develop account-specific presentations and set volume, profit, distribution goals.
• Participate in strategy sessions and provide feedback on programs and execution.
