Job summary

Evergreen Enterprises is seeking a detail-oriented Key Account Accounting Analyst to join our Accounting team in Richmond, VA. This role serves as the link between Accounting and Key Account teams, managing accounts receivable, deductions, chargebacks, and dispute resolution across major retail accounts.

You will collaborate with Accounting, Key Accounts, EDI, and Logistics to drive accurate data, timely resolutions, and process improvements while supporting month-end closes and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in wholesale/retail.
• Experience with customer portals, deductions, and dispute resolution.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS).

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Key Account customers, including collections, payments, and reconciliations.
• Research deductions and chargebacks via customer vendor portals and submit disputes.
• Obtain proof of shipment, BOLs, delivery receipts, and other documentation.
• Maintain organized records of open deductions, disputes, and resolutions.
• Support month-end close, audits, and cross-functional projects.
