Threshold Enterprises, Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Support Associate to back the sales team with credits, deductions, and general account reconciliation. The role reports to the Business Development Manager and emphasizes accurate processing of deductions to maintain positive customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in accounting support, AR, or credit/collections support role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficient in ERP systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with large retailers or key accounts, preferred.

Responsabilités

• Review and process customer credit requests and deductions in a timely and accurate manner.
• Partner and support the Key Account Managers and sales team to gather support documentation and validate deductions.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to short-pays, chargebacks, pricing discrepancies, and freight claims.
• Collaborate with the Accounting Department as necessary to ensure timely and accurate processing of credits.
• Maintain organized records of all credit and deduction activities for audit and reporting purposes.
• Assist with accounts receivable activities, including reconciliation of customer accounts and following up on outstanding items.
• Analyze trends in customer deductions and assist with developing preventative strategies.
• Support month-end close tasks related to deductions and AR.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support to the accounting team as needed.
• Perform all other tasks as assigned by Threshold management.
