Position Overview

We’re looking for a strategic, results-driven leader to take the reins of the NikeSkims account and drive it to new heights. This is a high-visibility role with direct impact on the success and growth of one of our most exciting collaborations. Responsibilities

  • Own the NikeSkims account end-to-end, driving strategy, execution, and results to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing team dedicated to NikeSkims Apparel—fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.
  • Develop and execute a robust account strategy that fuels sustainable revenue growth and deepens brand presence in key markets.
  • Manage full P&L responsibility for the account, ensuring financial health and strategic alignment with broader business goals.
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal stakeholders—ranging from marketing to supply chain—to deliver seamless customer experiences and operational efficiency.
  • Continuously analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal leadership and external partners, providing regular updates and key insights on account performance and direction

Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • 7–10+ years of experience in key account management, preferably within the sportswear or apparel industry (Nike experience is a significant advantage).
  • Demonstrated success in growing major accounts and consistently hitting revenue targets.
  • Proven leadership capabilities—you know how to build teams, mentor talent, and create a high-performance culture.
  • A collaborative mindset and strong relationship-building skills—you thrive in matrixed environments and know how to rally cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communicator with strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Highly process-driven and strategic, with a bias for action and results.
  • Deep understanding of the apparel/activewear landscape and emerging industry trends.
  • This a hybrid role, with 4 days in our New York City office

PAY RATE: $150,000/yr-$175,000/yr
