Job summary

Chowbus is seeking a Key Account Customer Success Manager (KACSM) in Chicago, IL, to develop long-term relationships with enterprise clients and ensure effective use of its POS solutions. This role involves product demonstrations, onboarding, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.

Ideal candidates should possess strong communication skills, Excel and PowerPoint expertise, and must be bilingual in English and Mandarin. The position offers a salary between $65,000 and $75,000, plus commission.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer success management preferred.
• Familiarity with retail business processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key enterprise clients.
• Assist clients in completing POS product demos and onboarding.
• Identify and resolve issues related to POS system usage.
• Deliver comprehensive system training and onboarding guidance.
• Partner closely with internal teams on product feedback.

Skills

Advanced Microsoft skills (especially in Excel and PowerPoint)
