Job summary

Signature HealthCARE is seeking a Medication Aide with current state certification to provide daily personal care for residents in Hartford Rehab & Wellness Center. You will assist with mobility, daily tasks, and monitoring health indicators on a nursing support team.

Required are a valid Medication Aide Certification and CPR certification. The role includes a robust benefits package and opportunities for professional growth within Signature HealthCARE.

Qualifications

• Current Medication Aide Certification and current Nursing Certification from state.
• Current/active CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily personal care to residents.
• Change bed linens and maintain grooming supplies in residents' rooms.
• Ambulate and transfer residents, using appropriate assistive devices.
• Record vital signs and other information as assigned.
• Observe residents and report any changes in condition.
