K9 Resorts in Madison, NJ is seeking a Pet Care Technician to provide hands-on care for dogs of all breeds and sizes, ensuring every guest receives exceptional attention.

You’ll supervise daycare playgroups, monitor health and safety, assist with feeding, bathing and daily routines, and help deliver a 5-star experience to every pet parent.

What You'll Do

As a Pet Care Technician, you'll be at the heart of our resort - working hands-on with dogs and ensuring every guest receives exceptional care.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Providing compassionate, hands-on care for dogs of all breeds and sizes
• Supervising daycare playgroups and ensuring safe, positive interactions
• Monitoring dog health, behavior, and safety and reporting concerns immediately
• Cleaning and disinfecting suites and common areas to brand standards
• Assisting with feeding, bathing, play sessions, and daily routines
• Delivering a 5-star guest experience to every pet parent
• Supporting team operations and maintaining a strong, positive culture
