No prior veterinary experience is required—training is provided, and a strong work ethic is valued in our fast-paced, team-driven clinic committed to quality pet care.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily care, feeding and exercise for animals in hospital and boarding.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary environment (kennels, cages, runs, wards).
• Bathing and basic grooming of pets.
• Monitor animal behavior and alert veterinary staff of concerns.
• Assist team members with basic handling and animal husbandry.
• Support a positive, team-oriented culture.
• Frequently lift and carry patients weighing up to 50 lbs., and up to 150 lbs. to walk/handle.
• Work independently on duties assigned by supervisor.

About the Role:

As a Kennel Assistant, you’ll play an essential role in ensuring the comfort, cleanliness, and safety of our boarding, grooming, and hospitalized patients. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to gain hands‑on experience in animal care.

Responsibilities Include:

• Providing daily care, feeding, and exercise for animals in the hospital and boarding facility
• Maintaining a clean and sanitary environment (kennels, cages, runs, wards)
• Bathing and basic grooming of pets

• Assisting team members with basic handling and animal husbandry
