Honda Line Technicians / Mechanics needed!

Job duties include inspecting, diagnosing, and identifying work needed on vehicles, performing adjustments and calibrations, replenishing fluids, disassembling and reassembling vehicle components, and repairing or replacing parts. Use independent judgment for decisions, document all work and hours per manufacturer and Kendall policies, and road test vehicles to ensure quality and issue resolution.
Work is indoors in a shop environment. Tool usage involves mechanic's hand and power tools, which generate vibration and force. Standing and walking are required throughout the shift. Frequent pushing, pulling, crouching, squatting, reaching, and kneeling are necessary. Occasionally, lifting and pushing/pulling weights from 20 to 100 pounds are required.

Requirements:
This is not an entry-level position. Candidates must have at least two years of mechanical or tech experience at a dealership or large independent shop, or automotive school experience. ASE certifications are required. Must be able to operate a variety of vehicles, both automatic and manual transmissions. A valid driver’s license and a good driving record are necessary. The schedule is Monday – Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with occasional Saturday work if needed.
