GT's Living Foods in Los Angeles is seeking a Kefirs/Yo Inventory Coordinator to ensure ingredients are accounted for and stored properly. You will use ERP/D365 to verify inventory and report discrepancies to management.

The role requires 1-2 years in beverage/manufacturing, a high school diploma, and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays; knowledge of D365 is required; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

• Available to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends & holidays.

Aufgaben

• Physically and systemically verify ingredient quantities and locations.
• Identify discrepancies between physical and systematic counts and locate ingredients.
• Perform adjustments on ingredient locations as needed to ensure accuracy of locations in the warehouse.
• Request Raw Material from outside storage as production needed
• Enter data reflecting accurate ingredient quantities into the daily report
• Utilize data within the spreadsheet to notify management and procurement regarding ingredients that are reaching their shelf-life limit and/or ingredients that need to be ordered
• Audit ERP transactions on all Coco-Yo areas and identify discrepancies
• Support with training on the ERP processes
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Description

At GT's Living Foods, our Kefirs/Yo Inventory Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all the ingredients utilized are accounted for and stored in their designated location. Kefirs/Yo Inventory Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the accuracy of inventory by systematically utilizing ERP/D365 to verify physical and systematic inventory, investigate discrepancies, and make necessary adjustments in the system. Kefirs/Yo Inventory Coordinator will also generate reports based on this information and communicate findings from the report to management.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Physical Duties And Requirements

• Involves constant movement around the warehouse in a wet/humid environment and near moving mechanical equipment.
• Occasional lifting of 40 lb. containers to review license plate numbers.
• Occasional twisting motions to grab and turn containers.
• Involves constant movement around the facilities, occasionally in a wet environment or cold environment (30-40°F).
• Employees are required to stand for approximately half of their work shift.

Job Details

• Work Hours: 6am-2:30pm
• Work Attire: Use good judgement, keeping in mind the nature of the work, each employee's own safety and the safety of others, and the need to interact with the public.
• Pay Range: $18.50/Hr - $21.50/Hr
