Job summary

H&S Enterprises, Inc. operates the Cash-Wa Distributing route in Kearney, NE, and seeks a Route Driver. The job starts in the early morning, ends in the afternoon, with most weeks around 45–50 hours.

CDL is required, and occasional longer weeks may occur. Must be 18+, have a valid CDL or obtain within 3 months, and maintain a good driving record. Benefits include holidays, discounted rates, health options, 401(k) eligibility, and PTO accrual after milestones.

Job Location: Cash-Wa Kearney - Kearney, NE 68845, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $26.00 - $33.00, Job Shift: Day, Job Category: Transportation, Do you enjoy making connections with and helping local business grow? Route Driver

The route will start in the early morning hours (2:30am - 4:30am, depending on assigned route) and end early to mid-afternoon. The end time varies by day as some days are bigger order days than others, and most drivers average of 45-50 hours per week. For our longer routes we are moving towards scheduling 4 days per week which should average about 45 hours per week with occasional 5 day weeks to cover routes as needed.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to regularly lift up to 50lbs
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 100lbs
