• Serve as liaison between transportation and sales in the territory
• Manage and audit team members timekeeping
• Cover routes when needed; i.e. team members PTO, sick, unfilled positions, etc.
• Perform annual reviews and wage adjustment suggestions
• Investigate and document as necessary for incidences and injuries, including retraining and/or disciplinary action
• Other administrative duties as necessary

Job Details: Job Location: Cash-Wa Salina - Salina, KS 67401, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $31.00 - $36.00, Travel Percentage: Road Warrior, Job Shift: Day, Job Category: Transportation, We currently have open a Transportation Lead position which also needs to be able to run routes as necessary. Duties and Responsibilities

• Staff, train, evaluate and develop team members

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to regularly lift up to 50lbs
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 100lbs

Driver Requirements:

• 21 years old (interstate driving is possible)
• Current CDL License
