Job summary

Cash-Wa Distributing (via H&S Enterprises, Inc.) seeks a Route Driver to service local customers on early-morning routes, returning home each night. The role requires a valid CDL Class A and a clean driving record, with lifting workloads and regular route responsibilities.

Our drivers typically work Mon-Fri with 45–50 hours weekly, and some longer routes may condense to four days. We offer sign-on bonuses, quarterly bonuses, and comprehensive benefits starting after the introductory period.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class A CDL or obtain within 3 months.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally.
• Must have a clean driving record and be able to work Mon-Fri routes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver to Cash-Wa customers on assigned routes in a timely manner.
• Maintain safe driving practices and routine vehicle upkeep.
• Assist with loading/unloading and product handling as needed.
• Build and sustain relationships with customers to support growth.

Route Driver

The route will start in the early morning hours (2:30am - 4:30am, depending on assigned route) and end early to mid-afternoon. The end time varies by day as some days are bigger order days than others, and most drivers average of 45-50 hours per week. For our longer routes we are moving towards scheduling 4 days per week which should average about 45 hours per week with occasional 5 day weeks to cover routes as needed.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to regularly lift up to 50lbs
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 100lbs

Driver Requirements:

• 18 years old
