Kearney is seeking a collaborative IT Project Manager in Boston, Massachusetts to lead large-scale ERP and digital transformation projects. This role focuses on project governance and stakeholder alignment to drive successful implementations across various industries.

As an IT Project Manager at Kearney Activate, you will play a critical leadership role in delivering large scale ERP and digital transformation initiatives for global clients. You will work closely with client stakeholders, internal specialists, and external partners to oversee complex technology programs from strategy through execution, with a strong emphasis on SAP S 4HANA migrations and enterprise platform implementations.
This is a management focused role centered on project governance, stakeholder alignment, and delivery excellence rather than hands on system configuration. You will help clients navigate transformation journeys that modernize their core systems, enable scalability, and drive long term business value.
You will support engagements end to end, from defining transformation roadmaps and implementation strategies through execution oversight, risk management, and change adoption.

Compensation range: $100K-$160k. It is important to note that at Kearney, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role. Individual salaries within each range are determined through a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, and skills. Kearney reviews compensation regularly and may adjust base salaries to reflect market competitiveness. In addition to salary, individuals may be eligible for a discretionary performance bonus.
