Kearney Activate Salesforce Functional Lead
As a Salesforce Functional Lead at Kearney Activate, part of the Customer Platforms practice, you will work with clients to design and configure Salesforce.com solutions based on client needs while managing overall aspects of the project. You will collaborate with Salesforce.com customers and internal team members to understand business needs, define requirements, and translate those requirements into Salesforce solutions.
In this role, you will support the design, prototyping, configuration, testing, and implementation of Salesforce applications. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that solutions align with business processes and support successful delivery and adoption. The role also includes supporting activities such as data migration, system testing, and end‑user training.

Base Salary: Starting at $100k. It is important to note that at Kearney, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role. Individual salaries within each range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge and skills. Kearney reviews compensation regularly and may adjust base salaries to reflect market competitiveness. In addition to salary, individuals may be eligible for a discretionary performance bonus.
