SEGULA Technologies seeks a KBE Development Engineer to design, build, and maintain Knowledge-Based Engineering tools that automate BIW, closures, and exterior CAD tasks across Stellantis programs. You will embed design rules and standards into digital workflows to improve speed, accuracy, and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have a BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field, with hands-on CATIA or Siemens NX, and programming in Python, VBA, C++, or C#.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in BIW, closures, or exterior systems is preferred.
• Hands-on 3D parametric CAD modeling in CATIA or NX.

Aufgaben

• Design, build, and maintain KBE tools to automate BIW/CAD tasks.
• Translate engineering requirements into reusable KBE apps and templates.
• Develop automated routines for component creation, updates, drawings, and validation.
• Incorporate packaging constraints, GD&T, and manufacturability into workflows.
• Collaborate with BIW, Closures, and Exterior teams to identify automation opportunities.
• Validate KBE tools against vehicle program use cases and resolve issues.
• Improve tools through user feedback and algorithm refinements.
• Create documentation, SOPs, and provide user training and support.
