Job summary

Welocalize, a Welo Global brand, is seeking a Kazakh Localization QA Tester / Proofreader to join our long-term team. You will review and refine localized content to ensure it reads naturally and is error-free.

In addition to testing software, mobile apps, and documentation, you will report bugs, follow test cases, and sometimes translate from English into Kazakh. Native fluency and meticulous attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Native-level Kazakh fluency required.
• Experience in QA/testing localization or digital content.
• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance mindset.
• Good communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Write and report relevant bugs using internal bug-tracking system.
• Understand priorities and manage tasks efficiently.
• Demonstrate native Kazakh language skills and cultural awareness.
• Evaluate translations in context of software, apps, and docs.
• Research linguistic questions and resolve issues with QA guidance.
• Adhere to client style guides and glossaries; follow testing instructions.
