Heavenly Vacations by Casago seeks a General Manager to lead Kauai operations with strategic vision and hands-on execution. This top on-island role owns the P&L, drives revenue growth, and directly leads the on-island team while fostering owner and guest relationships in our aloha spirit.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in operations roles within vacation rental, hospitality, hotel or similar industry.
• Supervisory or management-level experience in a similar industry.
• Strong communication and relationship-management skills with homeowners/ownership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for the Kauai vacation rental portfolio to optimize guest experiences.
• Manage the operating budget for the Kauai portfolio and perform cost analyses.
• Lead and develop the on-island team through regular performance evaluations.
