Job summary

K1 Speed Lees Summit, Missouri is seeking a reliable Cashier to join our team at a fast-paced indoor karting venue. You will handle customer transactions, manage the POS, coordinate races, and provide exceptional service.

The role includes commissions on race package sales and participation in a company-wide tip-sharing program. Responsibilities include greeting customers, promoting packages, scheduling races, assisting with waivers and check-in, upselling items, and maintaining a clean Paddock

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old with reliable transportation.
• Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred.
• Willingness to obtain a Food Handler's Certificate.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and process their orders through the POS.
• Promote and sell race packages, memberships, and specials while earning commissions.
• Coordinate and schedule races precisely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with waivers, memberships, and check-in procedures.
• Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales.
• Handle credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Balance cash drawers and process refunds, credits, and exchanges.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in person and over the phone.
