You will weigh, measure, and mix components, ensuring adherence to customer specifications and safety standards while supporting a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves lifting up to 50 pounds, mandatory overtime to reach a 45-hour work week with overtime paid at 1.5x for hours beyond 40.

Responsibilities

Assemble and adjust complex components in a cell; mark, label and package parts per customer requirements.
Follow procedures to meet productivity and quality expectations.
Set up and operate assembly and packaging machines; master one process.
Troubleshoot assembly process problems or refer to appropriate person.
May train other assemblers in mastered Karon process.
Maintain clean and safe work environment; report safety incidents.
Suggest improvements to processes and participate in 5S program.
Provide high level service to internal and external customers; support teamwork.
Perform other duties and training as needed.
