Job summary

Woodgrain is seeking a Distribution General Manager in Kapolei, HI to oversee branch operations, budgets, and P&L. The role leads a management team to drive sales, safety, and service while implementing the company growth strategy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma / GED with 6+ years of experience REQUIRED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Successful track record with leading teams in sales and operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to generate and interpret reports.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates effective budgeting, goal-setting, planning, coordination, and execution.
• Achieves positive results in Safety, Sales, Operations, and Service.
• Communicates branch and individual performance to associates on a regular basis.
• Leads the branch transformation process and implements a Branch Improvement Plan.
• Drives organic sales growth and maintains knowledge of competitive landscape.
• Manages a team of managers with 15–150 employees at the location.
