Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a health-related field with at least 3 years of clinical experience.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in Kansas.
• Computer proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, develop, implement, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate care plans for members with complex needs.
• Conduct assessments telephonically and on-site when needed.
• Coordinate authorizations/referrals within benefits structure.
• Collaborate with Medical Directors and external providers.
• Travel 10–15% to visit members in South Central to South West Kansas.
