• Native or near-native Kannada with strong reading and writing skills.
• Strong English to follow guidelines and provide clear feedback.
• 3+ years in Kannada writing, editing, translation, localization, content QA, AI training, or related workflows.
• Experience leading or supporting remote teams of trainers, annotators, reviewers, or QAs.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain Kannada style guides, glossaries, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Quality monitoring: Spot-check Kannada items and provide timely feedback.
• Trainer/QA communication: Update on Discord about guidelines and project changes.
• Question handling: Respond clearly to Kannada wording and cultural context questions.
• Activation management: DM inactive contributors to boost engagement.
• Documentation: Create and maintain Kannada project docs, style guides, and FAQs.
• Onboarding/training: Run sessions explaining expectations and rubrics.
• Quality alignment: Ensure consistent Kannada guidelines across projects.
